Operating partner Jorge Diaz, a former Tampa Bay Buccaneer, and Brandon Grady, the Chef Partner, have outdone themselves with the new Flemings 2.0.
Flemmings moved and reopened next door on the vacant site once occupied by Hawaiian Restaurant Roys. The entire location was demolished in late 2022, making way for a fresh start. The new build-out began immediately afterward, taking just under 18 months to complete. The result is a stunning, state-of-the-art restaurant.
As you step into the new Fleming’s Steakhouse, the space envelops you in a warm, sophisticated ambiance. The design incorporates modern architectural elements, including floor-to-ceiling windows that bathe the dining area in natural light during the day and create a romantic, candlelit atmosphere at night. The interior features a rich palette of earthy tones, complemented by plush seating and elegant fixtures. The open kitchen layout offers diners a glimpse into the culinary artistry that Fleming’s is renowned for, while private dining rooms provide an intimate setting for special occasions.
