Predalina is a full-service restaurant located in Water Street, Tampa, that offers an immersive dining experience.
The restaurant is owned by Blake Casper and Allison Casper Adams, the founders of Oxford Commons Hospitality Company, Oxford Exchange, The Library, Current Hotel and The Stovall House. Their grandfather, Fritz Casper, opened the very first McDonald’s in Tampa on South Dale Mabry in the spring of 1958. Which led to the family later owning 60 McDonald’s restaurants.
The restaurant pays homage to the founders’ great-grandmother, Predaliana Oliveira. She lived in seaside communities throughout the world, from Recife, Brazil, to Porto, Portugal, to Providence, Rhode Island. The menu and decor are inspired by her.
Inspired by the life of Predeliana Oliviera, who lived a long and fruitful life by the coast, Predalina highlights the best of the Mediterranean region's seafood offerings. With weekend brunch, lunch, dinner, and drinks available, Predalina is an ideal spot for any occasion.
In addition to enjoying an exceptional meal, guests can explore the in-house retail and purchase unique hand-crafted wares, special gifts, and tableside wares, seasonings, and oils. The restaurant boasts a vibrant and energetic atmosphere, with two patios, an expansive bar, and a dining room. Located near Tampa's original bustling docks and waterfront, Predalina is an excellent choice for those looking for a memorable dining experience.
